
From Irrigation Improvements, Sustainability Projects, Specialty Crop Conversion, Environmental Cleanup, to Recreation Enhancements, Hamilton Agriculture Will Manage and Execute Your Capital Project from End to End
Through a transparent process, Hamilton Agriculture will deliver a detailed project plan including scope of work, cost/benefit analysis, estimated timeframe, and environmental and sustainability impact
Research and work with NRCS/FSA for potential available project cost sharing solutions
Secure estimates from at least two potential contractors for project needs and provide recommendations to landowner
Contact selected contractor(s) and schedule approved project and budget
Weekly in-person project oversight visits to ensure landowner vision is achieved
Make necessary amendments to project to assure best return and utilization of the farm
Hamilton Agriculture will disperse funds to contractors as work is completed or request payment from client to contractor if Hamilton does not maintain a bank account on behalf of the client
Contractors will not be paid in full until work is satisfactory to the original agreement
Provide final report of all work performed, including before/after documentation, final cost, reporting needed for 3rd party involvement, check sheets showing land project was completed according to specifications, and any other agreed upon documentation requested by landowner
